A computerized random lottery drawing was held to determine the order of application invites for available openings. The deadline for the lottery was June 30, 2023. However, the program is currently accepting pre-applications for a first-come, first-served wait list. To be added to the wait list, please submit your pre-application online via the top bar of this website’s homepage. Once all pre-applicants from the previous lottery drawing have been invited to apply, those on the wait list will begin receiving application packages in the order received.

Submit an easy one page pre-application from the top bar of this website’s home page.  If you have additional questions, please contact the Program Administrator, Community Grants Planning & Housing, at 609-642-9081 or E-mail
