You can receive up to $25,000 in repairs!

If you live in Palmyra, own your home, and your gross total household income falls below the income limit for your household size, you may be eligible to participate in the Program.

This program is sponsored by the Borough of Palmyra. The Borough of Palmyra has retained Community Grants, Planning & Housing, LLC (CGP&H) to prepare the Borough’s application to the DCA.

Financial assistance for the Palmyra Program is made possible by a grant from the N.J. Dept. of Community Affairs, Division of Housing and Community Resources, Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Program, Governor Philip Murphy and Acting Commissioner Jacquelyn A. Suarez. Funding for the State’s CDBG program was provided by a grant from the U.S. Dept. of Housing & Urban Development, State Community Development Block Grant Program.

CGP&H stands for Community Grants, Planning and Housing. CGP&H administers municipal and county sponsored home improvement programs that service numerous towns throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
